​I am deeply honored to serve as the elected Sheriff of Wythe County. It is a privilege to lead the men and women of the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office and to continue serving the community I have been proud to call home most of my life.

With more than 24 years of experience in law enforcement, every year spent within the Wythe County Sheriff’s Office, I have served in nearly every capacity: Intern, Courtroom Security/Civil, Patrol Deputy, Investigator, Sergeant, Lieutenant, Major, Chief Deputy, and now Sheriff. I thoroughly know this agency, and I am committed to strengthening it for the benefit of our employees and the citizens we serve.

• Strong community partnerships - Collaboration with our residents, schools, businesses, and local organizations is essential to effective public safety.

• Modern training and equipment - Our deputies deserve the tools, technology, and training necessary to protect and serve with excellence.

• Transparency and accountability - Openness builds trust, and trust builds a safer community. I am committed to honest, responsible leadership.

• Programs that protect youth and support families - 

Keeping our young people safe and investing in the well-being of our families strengthens the future of Wythe County.
 

Wythe County is more than my jurisdiction; it’s my home. It’s where my family lives and where my heart is. I am grateful for the trust you have placed in me and am committed to serving with integrity, dedication, and respect.
